چکیده

Abstract Electroconductive composites are modern materials that commonly used in many industries such as construction industry and machine-building industry. For example, these can be useful sensors for monitoring changes constructions, shielding stray currents from electrification networks, electromagnetic radiation operating rooms, cathodic protection against moisture or overvoltage of buildings. The topic this post is the research electrically conductive silicate with graphite-based fillers. In will tested different ratio types graphite monitor their electroconductive properties like impedance, physical-mechanical compressive tensile strength. describes basic interactions It was found by adding 10 % wt. into composites, impedance reduced 50% strength 40%. flexural depends mainly on roughness particles, where coarser flaky particles transfer load better increase while very fine graphites reduce Furthermore, it has been finely ground synthetic most suitable achieving low composites.

Solvent-free fabrication of thermally conductive insulating epoxy composites with boron nitride nanoplatelets as fillers

A solvent-free method for the fabrication of thermally conductive epoxy-boron nitride (BN) nanoplatelet composite material is developed in this study. By this method, polymer composites with nearly any filler fractions can be easily fabricated. The maximum thermal conductivity reaches 5.24 W/mK, which is 1,600% improvement in comparison with that of pristine epoxy material. In addition, the as-...

Electrically Conductive Latex-Based Composites

Electrically conductive polymer composites filled with carbon black can exhibit the mechanical behavior of a polymer and metallic electrical conductivity. Unfortunately, excessive amounts of carbon black can produce brittle films and too little carbon black can result in low conductivity. Composite conductivity can be dramatically improved by using latex as the matrix starting material. Latex p...

Growth of contiguous graphite fins from thermally conductive graphite fibers

Contiguous graphite fins can be grown with Microwave Plasma CVD from the surface of different types of thermally conductive (TC), graphite fibers. The fins grow from all fiber filaments in multiple same TC graphite fiber tow bundles. Fin morphology consists of contiguous branching graphene basal planes originating from the fiber’s surface and curling outwards regardless of the fiber’s isotropic...

Microfluidization of Graphite and Formulation of Graphene-Based Conductive Inks

We report the exfoliation of graphite in aqueous solutions under high shear rate [∼ 108 s-1] turbulent flow conditions, with a 100% exfoliation yield. The material is stabilized without centrifugation at concentrations up to 100 g/L using carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt to formulate conductive printable inks. The sheet resistance of blade coated films is below ∼2Ω/□. This is a simple and sca...
